Please note that 3 weeks prior to the Conference, your credit card will be automatically charged for the balance of your hotel Accommodation Bicheno. Participants who paid their deposit with a bank transfer  are required to send the balance of outstanding Accommodation Bicheno charges to Kenes International 21 days before the Conference. Full prepayment is required for all hotel accommodations prior to arrival.
